Using the extension

What does this extension do?

It helps you navigate long ChatGPT conversations:

• Pin key messages as anchors
• Jump back instantly via a top bar stepper
• Rename steps and mark them done

How do I use it?

1. Open chatgpt.com
2. Pin an important message
3. Use the top bar steps to jump back
4. Rename steps / mark done from the list

Does it work on chat.openai.com too?

Primary support is chatgpt.com.

If you also included chat.openai.com/* in your host permissions, it may work there depending on page structure.

My top bar didn’t show up. What should I do?

Try this checklist:

[] Refresh the page

[] Disable other extensions that modify ChatGPT UI

[] Confirm you’re on https://chatgpt.com/*

[] Wait 1–2 seconds for the page to stabilize (then refresh)

[] If it still fails, send a bug report (see “Support”)

Privacy & data

What data does it collect?

By default:

• Anchors (your step name + internal reference) are stored locally via Chrome storage.
• No chat content is uploaded to any external server.

If this changes in the future (e.g., cloud sync or analytics), the privacy details will be updated before release.
